Is the trading journal really free?

Yes. Not free-trial free — free. The full journal, unlimited trades, complete history, all reports, streaks, patterns, phone install, reminders, export, and bring-your-own-Notion. There's no card on file to "forget about." Only the AI coach is paid.

What does the AI coach see?

When you press a coach button, the relevant slice of your journal is sent to Anthropic's Claude for that request only — it isn't used to train models. The coach grades process against your own rules. It never gives trade recommendations.

Can I keep my data in my own Notion?

Yes — connect your workspace and Kaizen provisions its databases there. Your journal lives in your Notion; Kaizen is the guided interface on top. Free feature.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You keep everything — the journal, your history, your reports. Only the coach locks. Cancel in one click from Settings. Nothing is deleted on downgrade, ever.

Who can read my journal?

You, and only you. Admin tooling sees account metadata (email, plan, activity dates) — the permission to open someone's journal doesn't exist in the codebase, and that's enforced by tests. Export anytime; delete with a 7-day grace period.
